You are already abundant…do not allow lack to infiltrate your mind

We all have abundance in our life. Maybe sometimes not in the bank-account, but in many other areas of our life. I do not know where I read it, so I cannot give that beautiful soul credit for it, but once I read how a woman realized she has abundance in…sox. She owns plenty of sox…and lives in california. That´s been a real gorgeous moment, when she shared that insight. We all have abundance in our lifes. Maybe sunlight, maybe free time, maybe nature.

Lately I realized how my own areas of abundance have been shaped by my own values. The areas of my life where I experienced plenty have been those, that are filled with my love. And how else could it be, cause that´s how the Law of Attraction works. I love books and all of my life I have had an overwhelming abundance in books…or at least access to lots of books. And I shared knowledge and wisdom always very freely, so it returned to me threefold.

Another thing is nature. I love nature and moved into an area that has lots of it, bringing peace and balance to me. As I am very sensitive to energies my surrounding is really important for me.

In todays world freedom and time might be the most precious things one can have at all. Everybody´s running for more distractions and posessions, but a few years ago I recognized that personal freedom and time to do what I love is way more important to me. So I became a downshifter, only working 3 days a week to earn what I need for a really simple life. So I am abundant having time for the things I love. Writing, spiritual studies, healing work, meditation and nature. I chose that life a few years ago with intend, letting go of a lot of the average definition of abundance, to make this life possible. I have a tiny appartment, a low income and not much possesions. But I am free to be me and I really enjoy this. I even realized that I still own too much.

What are the areas in your life where you already experience abundance? Appreciate it. Gratitude is the attitude of a Master. What you really love and enjoy will grow. It can not be else, you attract it like a magnet through your field. And that´s the reason why it is not called the law of needyness, demands, entitlement or deserving. It is the law of attraction and known as: “What you send out, comes back. Or “What you sow, you reap.” So send out gratitude and you´ll have more reason to be grateful.

One important insight about creating abundance I found when I realized that I experienced a feeling of lack in my life when I tried to fullfil someone elses demands or dreams. Whenever I felt bad about my own life it has not been because of me, but because I didn´t match into someone elses “normal”. I didn´t own a car, couldn´t invite someone in my home, couldn´t take a plane to see them or couldn´t make a big present for someones birthday. I do not fit into the values of others, their definition of success or wealth. But I am living my definition of abundance and what I see as a good life. And that´s what I came for. To live my own abundance, to create my own happiness, noone elses.

The universe will not help us, when we try to please others and want to create for their wants and needs, to heal their feelings of lack. That´s why I called this category in my blog the “heArt of creation”, and not the “eGo of creation”. When your wife has a low selfworth and therefore you try to buy her a house, juwelery and a big car….chances are high you will go bankrupt or she will run away with someone else. You can not make someone feel rich who has the mindset of a beggar. Lack creates lack. And lack is what most peoples feel, it is their driving force. Let it not infect and affect you. Anchor in the abundance that you already have in your life and choose your vibes wisely. Celebrate your abundance and enjoy plenty in whatever form you find it.
